Our Terms & Conditions contain essential information about how we operate, did not attend policies, cancellation policies and hygiene. It’s all the boring stuff, but we ask you to periodically review this page alongside our Privacy Policy as it may change from time to time.

Deposits, Cancellations and DNA (Did Not Attend)

All of our bookings require a £10 booking fee, which is refundable. However, if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of its arranged date and time, you will not be refunded. This is because bookings are highly in demand. 

In the event that you do not attend and fail to notify us, the full fee will be charged. This is because bookings are highly in demand, and these occasions do not give us the chance to ensure someone else gets an appointment. 

Please also arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Any appointments that are 10 or more minutes late will not be seen to.

In general, please let as know as soon as you know if you are unable to attend and if it is as soon as possible, we can easily reschedule. 

Refund Policy 

If you have had a treatment that you are unsatisfied with please contact the salon immediately. Due to the nature of what we do, we can’t give refunds on treatments, but we will look into the correct aftercare and next steps, as Danni is fully qualified and wants what’s best for every client. If you have any concerns, please raise them during the treatment. Danni will listen carefully to your concerns and ensure that they are dealt with. Alternatively, any other concerns must be raised 24 hours after the treatment.

Hygiene

Every work surface, utensil and corner of our clinics is kept completely sterile to ensure absolute safety for all of our clients, and for Danni too. We ask that in return, you maintain our high hygiene standards through thoroughly washing your hands upon entrance, and to not come into our clinics if you are experiencing any symptoms of flu, cold, stomach illness, or any other bugs and ailments. 

Due to the government’s relaxed COVID-19 rules, we do not enforce the wearing of face masks, but you can wear one and request if Danni wears one if it is your preference. We ask that you do not come into the clinics if you have tested positive with COVID-19 in the previous ten days.
